With our import function for employees, the most important data for the duty rota can be imported directly into Papershift. This is especially handy for starting off with Papershift, when the employee data must be entered. The mass import of employees can also save valuable time when opening new locations or working areas. The employee is entered into the system with, among other details, his name, working area, and location. So, employees do not have to be entered one by one, but can be imported all in one go.

Here is an explanation of the most important columns in the Excel spreadsheet attached:

company_ids: The IDs of the locations to which the employee is assigned. Since we begin with DTA, it is DTA everywhere.
area_ids:

Abbreviation of the employee name (please leave blank)
