Adjust ongoing time tracking

Employees can now adjust the start time of a running time tracking. This only applies if time records are not automatically confirmed and the option "Employees are allowed to edit time tracking" is activated in the location settings.

Multiple absences for one day

We have revised the calculation for multiple absences for one day.

Absences on one day that are not full days are now being calculated together and displayed in the "Absent" column in the employee's record.

Default time tracking option

The option "Browser-time clock is default mode for creating time tracking" in the location settings in the "Time tracking" tab is now selected by default when creating a new location. The method of time tracking can still be selected individually for each employee.

UK bank holidays

Updated bank holidays for the UK

We have updated the bank holidays for the UK for the years 2020 and 2021 to include the following substitute days:

  • 28 December 2020: Monday - Boxing Day (substitute day)
  • 27 December 2021: Monday - Christmas Day (substitute day)
  • 28 December 2021: Tuesday - Boxing Day (substitute day)

Adjusted the UI

Adjusted the button to delete tags for more consistency

We have changed the symbol to delete tags in the location settings in the tab "Planning". It is now consistent with the delete buttons for working areas and others.
