Here, we will describe what you will find in each section within Papershift.

Read this article to find out how Papershift works, what you can find in each section, and how you can quickly switch between multiple locations.

๐Ÿ“† Roster

When you log in to Papershift, you will usually find yourself in the roster in this calendar week. If you want to come back to this view later on, click on the calendar icon on the left.

The roster is your home in Papershift.

๐Ÿ›ก Absences

If you want to see absences like sick days or vacation, click on the shield with the heart symbol on the left or the small calendar icon with the cross in the middle in the top right corner.

โฐ Time trackings

To see your previous and current time trackings, click on the clock symbol in the navigation list on the left. Depending on the settings in your account, you may also be able to use the browser time clock or manually add time trackings in this section.

๐Ÿ•‘ Remaining vacation and current balance

Your current balance (overtime/minus hours) and your remaining, unplanned vacation days can always be found in the bottom left corner of the page, no matter where you are.

If you click on the current balance, you will be taken to your records section. If you click on the remaining vacation days, you will be taken to the overview of your absences.

๐Ÿ‘ค Messages, profile, changing locations, logging out

You have the possibility to send messages (envelope icon) and go into your own employee profile (small person icon).

By clicking on the settings wheel on the left-hand side, you can change your location by using the drop-down menu (only if you are in multiple locations).
By clicking on โ€œlogoutโ€ you will log out of your account.
