Cancelling the account
If you have decided not to use your company account any more, you can cancel your Papershift subscription.
The contract can be cancelled in compliance with the notice period.
See § 5 of our terms and conditions:
"The notice period is 30 (thirty) days, effective at the end of the calendar month; at the earliest, however, the contract will end as of the termination of the last service package subscribed to."
The termination must be in writing; an email (to support@papershift.com) from the account admin or the management is sufficient.
