EU Only Technical and organisational measures to implement the security and protection requirements of the BDSG

According to Section 9 of the Federal Data Protection Act, all entities that process, collect or use personal data are obliged to take technical and organisational measures that meet the requirements of the BDSG in terms of security and protection.
