You can send notifications to your employees or invite them to Papershift. The employees will then get their own account and have the opportunity to independently apply for shifts, as well as manage absences, time tracking, and availabilities.
Click on the employee symbol (red tie) on the left-hand side in the menubar → now click on "Invite employee" in the top right-hand corner.
In the new window, you will get an invitation link and an overview of all the employees that have not yet been invited to Papershift.
Send the invitation link via a portal of your choice (e.g. email) to all the employees that you wish to invite to Papershift.
Click on the employee symbol on the left-hand side in the menu bar (red tie) → now click on the "+" symbol in the top right-hand corner → finally enter the name of the employee and set the email address (the employee will then be invited automatically).
Click on "Save" to confirm the details.
If the employee you want to invite is already in the system, you can, of course, invite him to Papershift afterwards.
Click on the employee symbol on the left-hand side in the menu bar (red tie) → now click on the name of the employee that the notification is intended for → select the tab "Master data" and click on the pen & paper to edit the master data → finally, enter the employee's email address in the field "email".
Click on "Save" to confirm the entry.
Then click on the blue arrow symbol in the employee overview at the end of the employee row.
The selected employee will now receive an invitation.
Employees can register themselves at your company via the employee check-in without you having to invite them individually.
